By downloading, installing, or using the IronTier mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lev Shnaiderman ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
IronTier is a fitness tracking mobile application that allows users to:
The App is available in a guest mode (no account required, data stored locally on your device) and a signed-in mode (requires Google Sign-In, enables cloud sync and social features).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use IronTier. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
We do not knowingly allow use by children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
Certain features of IronTier (cloud sync, friends, groups) require you to create an account using Google Sign-In. By creating an account:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All fitness data you enter into IronTier (workouts, exercises, personal records, notes, measurements, etc.) belongs to you. By syncing this data to our cloud infrastructure, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
When you use the social features (friends, groups), you acknowledge and agree that certain summary data (display name, username, bodyweight, sex, best lift estimates, workout count, total volume) will be visible to your friends and group members as described in our Privacy Policy.
IronTier calculates estimated one-rep maxes and strength ranks using established formulas (Brzycki formula, percentage-of-bodyweight standards). These calculations are estimates for informational purposes only. We make no representation that these calculations are accurate for your specific circumstances.

IronTier is a fitness tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Lev Shnaiderman is not liable for any injury, health outcome, or other consequence arising from your use of IronTier or reliance on data, estimates, or recommendations shown within the App.
You agree not to use IronTier to:
The IronTier name, logo, app design, graphics, code, and all other elements of the App (excluding your personal workout data) are the intellectual property of Lev Shnaiderman and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the IronTier name, logo, or any other intellectual property of Lev Shnaiderman without our prior written consent.
IronTier integrates with or relies on third-party services, including:
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lev Shnaiderman and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In any case, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or USD $10 if you have not made any payments).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings within the App. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the App poses a risk to other users or the integrity of our systems.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for termination of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance (such as via an in-app notice).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lev Shnaiderman with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
